ABOUT US

Chemtec is a major manufacturer and supplier of custom metering systems for use in the petroleum and petrochemical industries. These systems are used at well sites, pipelines, refineries, chemical plants, and loading/unloading facilities. Chemtec also manufactures and installs additive and dye injection systems. These systems are used to inject performance additives and/or dyes into petroleum products.

Metering Systems

Pipeline metering applications require specialized skills to ensure the safe transportation and accurate measurement of petroleum products. Custom fabricated metering skids from Chemtec are an ideal way to meet these objectives. Chemtec metering skids are fabricated and assembled at Chemtec's Willis, Texas facility. All welding is performed by certified welders and then tested per customer requirements. To further ensure weld integrity, all piping is also subjected to hydrostatic testing. The finished skids are delivered to the jobsite completely assembled, painted, and tested, resulting in considerable time and cost savings versus field fabrication. In fact, shop fabricated skids are typically 25% less expensive than an identical field fabricated skid.

Sampling Systems

In custody transfer applications, sampling (qualitative) accuracy is as important as metering (volumetric) accuracy. Chemtec manufactures a variety of products to ensure accurate Crude Oil sampling. Sampling products include the XtractPRO, IsoFLOW, VR-22, and the Composite Sample Container.

Additive & Dye Systems

Chemtec was founded on its patented Injection technology enabling us to manufacture turn key additive and dye injection systems for applications worldwide. Chemtec injection products include the MiniBLOCK and ProPAC injectors, pump skids, tanks, and complete additive system packages.

Custom Design & Fabrication

Chemtec builds skids and systems for petroleum applications worldwide. From initial product design through testing and startup, Chemtec offers the industry’s most complete package from start to finish. All Chemtec skids are built to meet specific customer requirements. All welding, assembly and testing is performed at Chemtec’s modern fabrication facility. Quality is ensured since all structural welding, pipe welding and product assembly is performed by qualified and experienced Chemtec employees.
